  7. - Fixed problem with pre-origin transitions in pitch LFO.

  15. - The "pitch displacement mode [hertz/halfsteps]" option has been eliminated from the track editor, and moved to the pitch LFO generator.  It does not make sense to switch the LFO mode from one note to the next for a given instrument since the scales of each mode are significantly different.  This change entails file format changes, and may require changes to existing scores.
  16. - Enhanced LFO waveform control; may require slight changes to existing scores.
  17. - The (nonfunctional) phase modulation facility has been removed.
